Davion joins the Hope Technology School team as a Substitute Teacher. A recent graduate of UC Berkeley, he earned a degree in Integrative Biology with dual emphases in Human Biology as well as Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology. While at Cal, Davion was a proud Fiat Lux Scholarship recipient and logged 128 hours of fieldwork studying diverse wildlife.
Driven by a passion for mentorship, Davion served as an assistant teacher at Berkeley High School through the CalTeach program, where he guided seniors through academic challenges and the college essay process. He also brings over a decade of experience volunteering with both neurotypical and neurodiverse youth. Currently pursuing a teaching credential and graduate studies in school psychology, Davion is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where every student feels supported and empowered to learn.
