Life Skills Pathways program

Practical skills to prepare for independent living, college, or a meaningful career.

The Life Skills Pathways is an exciting program that combines life skills, career skills, and technology in a unique and innovative environment. Each student has an individual plan including goals such as learning independent living skills or utilizing assistive technology tools in an inclusive environment.

The Life Skills Pathways program covers a wide range of subjects and life skills.

  • General Education curriculum in math and English
  • Business and technology
  • Community outings – practical application of life skills curriculum
  • Functional Math Curriculum includes money management

Therapeutic services

Our innovative Therapy Department hosts its’ own on-site Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology services.

These therapists work in collaboration with each other and the classroom teacher to ensure every student is successful in the inclusive classroom. Students have the option of receiving therapy inside and outside of the classroom. Students are also eligible to receive therapy services in naturalistic settings customized to the needs of the child. The therapy department also opens its doors after school hours to provide therapy services to children from the community.

Adapted Physical Ed

  • Influence students to enjoy and engage in physical activity outside of school
